南航长春龙嘉机库
工程改造项目
南航长春龙嘉机库（面积4800平方米，高24.6米，机库门宽74米、高20米），是典型的超宽大门钢结构高大空间厂房。改造前，采用美国CRV燃气辐射采暖，冬季（三九天）库内供暖温度低于5℃，其地面温度≤5℃，而棚顶温度≥105℃，大门一开一关，室内温度回复时间需要24小时，机库每年冬季近乎不能正常生产。燃气辐射年供暖运行费264万元左右。设备改造后，实现供水温度45℃、回水温度30℃、供暖温度20℃、温度梯度±1℃，年供暖运行费53万元，成功解决了库内上下温度梯度的问题。
